Huntsman subsidiary debuts on NYSE after $454M IPO (Video)

Venator Materials PLC (NYSE: VNTR), a subsidiary of The Woodlands-based Huntsman Corp. (NYSE: HUN), debuted on the New York Stock Exchange Aug. 3 after raising $454 million in its initial public offering.

The pigments and additives subsidiary priced its IPO of 22.7 million shares at $20 each — the low end of the expected range— on Aug. 2. Underwriters still have a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 3.4 million shares.
