Walmart Attributes Higher Starting Wage, Expanded Benefits to Tax Reform

SHRM Article ImageWalmart, the largest private employer in the U.S., announced it will raise the minimum wage it pays its employees to $11 dollars an hour and expand paid parental leave to its full-time hourly workers as a result of the lower corporate tax rate that took effect under the tax reform law.
