GREEN BAY, Wis. — A data breach at the Green Bay Packers Pro Shop has compromised the personal and financial information of 8,514 customers, the Wisconsin Department of Agriculture, Trade, and Consumer Protection (DATCP) announced. The breach occurred during the following periods:

  • September 23–24, 2024
  • October 3–23, 2024

During these dates, sensitive data entered on the Pro Shop website for purchases may have been accessed. The compromised information includes:

  • Names
  • Billing and shipping addresses
  • Email addresses
  • Credit card type, number, expiration date, and CVV code

Notably, purchases made using gift cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, or Pro Shop website accounts were not impacted.

In response, the Packers have partnered with Experian IdentityWorks to provide three years of complimentary credit monitoring and identity theft protection for affected customers. Impacted individuals can reach Experian’s customer care team at 833-931-4653 for enrollment and assistance.
