Recent Planning Board materials provide separate planning context. The July 9, 2026, agenda listed individual applications involving signage, a one-family dwelling and a commercial building. The August 6, 2026, agenda lists additional scheduled property matters.

The July 9 meeting was a past scheduled hearing, while the August 6 items are upcoming scheduled matters. Those agendas show that individual applications continue to be handled through the Planning Board process; they do not show that the village has adopted a villagewide multifamily-housing policy. Storage trailers/storage containers (Code §166-4): The current code says licenses for a trailer or recreational vehicle are valid for one year from June 1 and expire on the next succeeding May 31 (unless the Board limits the term to a shorter period). Licenses for a storage container are valid for 90 days from issuance (unless the Board limits the term to a shorter period).

Landscaping vehicle decals (Code §107-44): The current code requires each applicant to display an identification decal issued by the Village Clerk on the left front fender of each vehicle and on the left rear fender of any trailer regularly used in the course of business. It also states that every vehicle and/or trailer used by the licensee must display the identification decals.
