Seventeen apartments, with different income targets

Mercy Oaks II includes 15 one-bedroom apartments and two two-bedroom apartments. Seven units are designated for households earning up to 80% of the area median income, while 10 are designated for households earning up to 50% of area median income.

The below-market rents include water, sewer and trash. The opening announcements did not say that every unit had already been occupied.

Who the housing is intended to serve

The apartments are intended for people experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness. The eligible groups described by project officials include survivors of domestic violence, sexual assault and human trafficking.
