The figure does not show job openings, wages, layoffs, hiring demand or job quality. It also does not indicate whether every local industry is expanding or whether all residents are seeing the same conditions. The statewide report described changes across several sectors, including manufacturing, professional and business services, education and health services, and leisure and hospitality, but those statewide trends should not be treated as a direct measure of conditions in every Kenton County industry.
