Fort Collins-Loveland Gas Holds at $4.14 While Diesel Stays Above $5.13

Diesel remains the bigger pressure point

Diesel slipped by 0.1 cent from the previous day’s check, but the decline does not amount to a broader reversal. At $5.138 per gallon, diesel is still up 17.2 cents from a week earlier, 78.9 cents from a month earlier and $1.756 from a year earlier.

That difference matters beyond the pump. Diesel is widely used by delivery fleets, construction companies, landscapers, commercial drivers, agricultural operators and service businesses.
