DeLand land-development code overhaul heads toward August adoption decision
DeLand is nearing a decision on a comprehensive rewrite of its land-development regulations, a proposed update that could change how property owners, builders and developers handle zoning, site plans, subdivisions, housing options, impact fees, stormwater and environmental requirements.
The City of DeLand says adoption of the revised regulations is anticipated in August 2026.
