Los Angeles Breaks Ground on Spring-Alameda Mobility Project in Downtown and Chinatown
Construction is underway on a 1.2-mile Spring-Alameda safety project linking Chinatown, Union Station and the Los Angeles River path, with lane changes, protected bike lanes and new crossings planned through 2027.
