Brookhaven’s District 2 special election set for Nov. 3 after resignation
Brookhaven will hold a Nov. 3 special election to fill the unexpired District 2 council term after Jennifer Owens resigned. Qualifying runs Aug. 17-19, and the qualifying fee is $936.
