Brookline design panel scheduled to review 12-story Claremont proposal on Brookline Avenue
Brookline’s Planning Board Design Advisory Team was scheduled to hear the Claremont proposal for the first time on July 21, 2026. The plan calls for 154 micro-dwelling apartments and a public passage.
