Croton Trustees Consider Local Zoning Changes After New York Narrows Environmental Review
Croton-on-Hudson trustees are considering local site-plan and zoning amendments after New York created new SEQRA qualifying actions for certain housing projects, including projects of up to 300 dwelling units in census-defined urban areas when additional conditions are met.
