Portland council advances proposed 20% CEI Hub fuel-storage reduction
Portland City Council advanced amendments to a proposed plan to cut bulk fuel storage capacity at the northwest Portland CEI Hub by at least 20% by December 1, 2036, but final action is scheduled for October 7.
