Indiana approves new college funding formula, but lawmakers still control the money
Indiana’s higher education commission approved a performance-funding framework centered on completed credentials, Indiana-resident graduates, affordability, access and workforce alignment. The State Budget Committee and General Assembly must still decide whether colleges receive additional money and how much.
