Miami-Dade’s takeover of the Naranja Lakes CRA creates a new accountability chain
Miami-Dade County now directly governs the Naranja Lakes CRA, putting county commissioners, county staff and the County Attorney’s Office at the center of decisions involving redevelopment funds, properties, contracts and housing incentives affecting the Naranja area.
