Concord has hired American Leak Detection to inspect water infrastructure for hidden leaks from July 27 through Aug. 3, with some work potentially occurring overnight.

Concord begins two-year automated trash and recycling collection pilot
Concord began trial routes for automated curbside trash and recycling collection during the week of June 29, 2026, starting a two-year municipal pilot before a citywide rollout planned for July 2028.
