San Jose residents have until midnight Aug. 3 to weigh five names for downtown plaza
San José residents can rank five proposed names for Plaza de César Chávez until midnight Monday, Aug. 3. City staff will present recommendations to the Parks and Recreation Commission on Sept. 2 before a final City Council decision.
