Harrisonburg council orders Flock camera shutdown, sets new ALPR rules
Harrisonburg City Council’s July 28 resolution directs HPD to stop using 33 Flock cameras within seven days, pursue contract termination and camera removal, and seek council approval before any future stationary ALPR system.
