Buffalo’s Gates Circle redesign could change access to Chapin Parkway
Buffalo is reviewing two preliminary Gates Circle concepts that would disconnect Chapin Parkway from the circle for vehicle traffic while adding proposed pedestrian, bicycle and interior-circle access improvements.
