Gateway Jax announces first Pearl Square tenants as nearly $1 billion downtown project nears first residents
Gateway Jax has announced six tenants for ground-floor space at Vandeveer, the first mixed-use residential building planned in the nine-block Pearl Square redevelopment in downtown Jacksonville.
