Massachusetts Senate passes bill expanding public access to governor and legislative records
The Massachusetts Senate has passed a transparency measure that would create new public-access requirements for records involving the governor’s office and Legislature. The proposal still must be reconciled with a House version and acted on by Gov. Maura Healey before it can take effect.
