Hobbs authorizes sale of 21.75 acres at Industrial Airpark South to Mewbourne Oil
Hobbs adopted Ordinance No. 1170 authorizing the sale of about 21.75 acres to Mewbourne Oil for $1.21 million, but closing still depends on replatting, title and environmental conditions, and the ordinance becoming effective.
