Flagstaff groups face Aug. 5 deadline to weigh in on public-safety tax and bond measures
Flagstaff residents, organizations and political committees have until 5 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 5, to file 300-word arguments on two proposed public-safety measures headed to the Nov. 3 ballot.
