Oklahoma board vote leaves Ben Gamla unapproved; AG drops suit
The charter school board voted 4-3 on Oct. 12, short of the five votes needed to approve Ben Gamla. Three days later, Attorney General Gentner Drummond dismissed his state lawsuit without prejudice.
