Waterpointe construction advances as 230-acre Flowood development takes shape
Construction is underway on Waterpointe, a planned 230-acre mixed-use development behind Dogwood Festival Shopping Center in Flowood, with residences, commercial space, restaurants, parks and trails planned for the site.
