West Bay Drive resurfacing in Belleair Bluffs remains on a 2027-29 construction timeline
Pinellas County’s West Bay Drive project includes Belleair Bluffs, but the city’s segment is currently limited to roadway resurfacing. Construction is anticipated from fall 2027 through fall 2029, with at least one through lane expected to remain open in each direction.
