The suspects, identified as 25-year-old Alberto Ibarra Vallejo, 28-year-old Gonzalo Valencia Ramos, and 46-year-old Jaime Martinez Arroyo, were apprehended on January 16. They are residents of Stockton, Hayward, and French Camp, respectively. The thefts occurred between June 2024 and January 2025, targeting families in San Jose, Cupertino, Saratoga, Campbell, and Mountain View.
