Westminster Mall’s Transformation Plans
The new owner of the former Westminster Mall, Bill Shopoff, plans to redevelop the 14-acre site into a mixed-use community. The project aims to include 2,200 residential units and 200,000 square feet of retail space, with completion expected by April or May 2026. The redevelopment follows the mall’s closure in October 2025 and subsequent issues with vandalism and trespassing.
