Park Project Gains Momentum

Following last week’s extreme winter weather, a local community center is asking Plano residents to help restock winter supplies. Donations of new or gently used coats for adults and children are being accepted this week.

Valentine’s Dining Plans Take Shape

Several Plano restaurants are preparing special Valentine’s Day experiences, with prix-fixe menus and limited-seat events scheduled between February 11 and February 15. Options range from casual pairings to upscale dinners paired with live entertainment.

Restaurant operators say reservations are already filling up, especially for weekend dates, and they expect the holiday to give a mid-winter boost to local dining rooms.
