The unanimous vote reflects the board’s effort to balance steady growth along U.S. 401 with protections for nearby properties and traffic patterns. By setting clearer boundaries now, commissioners signaled a preference for predictability as development pressure continues in this part of town.

Board Returns to Full Membership

Awards of up to $5,000 are available and may be used for items such as equipment, renovations, technology upgrades, or inventory connected to expansion or adaptation. Applications are open through February 20, and approved projects must be completed by the end of June.
