Riverside Park Management Transitions to City

With the agreement concluded, responsibilities such as pavilion rentals, scheduling, and routine maintenance have shifted to the City of Findlay’s recreation department. Residents planning gatherings, celebrations, or community events at Riverside Park are now being directed to city offices for reservations and related questions. The park remains open and active, but the administrative side now runs through city channels.

Winter Recreation Continues Around Town

Despite the calendar moving deeper into February, winter recreation opportunities are still available across local park sites. The Raccoon Run Winter Sports Center continues to operate when snow and weather conditions cooperate, offering residents a chance to make the most of the season.

Park officials note that winter operations are expected to continue through late February as conditions allow. For families and outdoor enthusiasts, that means there are still a few more weeks to enjoy seasonal activities before spring programming begins to take shape.
