Delano Seeks Bids for Water, Well and Traffic Upgrades

Delano has opened procurement for three infrastructure projects aimed at water-system capacity and reliability and transportation safety: replacing a water line on 1st Avenue, developing Water Well 43 and improving traffic signals at Cecil Avenue and Vassar Street.
