Londonderry schedules hearing on Map 28, Lot 009 rezoning and records-request fees

The Londonderry Town Council is scheduled to hold a public hearing at 7 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 18, 2026, on two proposed actions: a zoning ordinance amendment to rezone Map 28, Lot 009, and approval of a Fiscal Year 2026 fee schedule for New Hampshire 91-A Right-to-Know records requests.

The hearing will take place in the Moose Hill Council Chamber at Londonderry Town Hall, 268B Mammoth Road. The town’s ordinance index identifies the rezoning measure as Ordinance 25-08, an amendment concerning Map 28, Lot 009.

The legal notice does not identify the parcel’s acreage, current or proposed zoning district, intended use or development program. It also does not list the proposed FY2026 fee amounts or exemptions. Under the town’s Right-to-Know procedure, photocopy charges for physical records are set by a records-request fee scale, and charges must be paid before documents are delivered.
