ARISE Juvenile Court Calendar Moving to Victorville Aug. 12

The San Bernardino County Superior Court will move the ARISE restorative-justice court calendar from San Bernardino Juvenile Court to the Victorville Courthouse beginning Aug. 12, 2026.

The relocation will transfer the calendar from San Bernardino Juvenile Court’s Department J2 to the Victorville District’s Department V1. The new courthouse is located at 14455 Civic Drive in Victorville, California.

What is changing

The courthouse location will change, but the regular hearing schedule will remain in place. ARISE hearings will continue at 1:30 p.m. on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month.

That means juvenile participants and families connected to the program will need to attend hearings at the Victorville Courthouse once the relocation takes effect. The court said the move is intended to improve access and align ARISE services with programs serving the High Desert community.

The change is a relocation of the ARISE calendar, not an announcement that San Bernardino Juvenile Court is closing. The court’s notice identifies San Bernardino Juvenile Court as the current venue and Victorville District as the new venue for the calendar.

Hearings affected by the move

The court said it will coordinate the reassignment of affected hearings before implementation. It also plans to send notices to participants and families ahead of the change.

Those notices will provide the courthouse and hearing information for individual cases. Participants should check the notice connected to their case rather than rely only on the recurring calendar schedule.

The first scheduled ARISE calendar at the Victorville Courthouse is Aug. 12, 2026. Hearings are expected to continue on the second and fourth Wednesdays at 1:30 p.m. under the new department assignment.
