MyEPWater app offers account access, with tracking limits by meter
El Paso Water announced the availability of MyEPWater on Oct. 6, giving customers a mobile way to access their accounts and manage payments. The utility says the app is free and available for Apple and Android devices.
The app supports bill payment, payment-history viewing, customizable alerts and water-use tracking. Customers can sign in with existing My Account credentials; first-time users can register through the app. El Paso Water directs customers to search for “MyEPWater” in the Apple App Store or Google Play.
Water-use detail depends on meter type. Customers with an advanced meter can access detailed daily usage information and leak alerts; the utility says water-use information is updated every few hours. Customers without an advanced meter can see monthly usage, but not daily usage, detailed usage information or leak alerts until an advanced meter is installed. Account access and payment features remain available through the app.
