Carroll County absentee ballot request deadline is Oct. 20

Carroll County voters have until 11:59 p.m. Oct. 20 to request a mail-in absentee ballot, according to the Carroll County Clerk. The Clerk lists excused in-person absentee voting beginning Oct. 21, ahead of the Nov. 3 general election.

Excused voting is scheduled for Oct. 21–23 and Oct. 26–28. No-excuse in-person early voting is set for Oct. 29–31. The Kentucky State Board of Elections lists the same request deadline and voting periods.

The general election is Nov. 3, with voting hours listed as 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. These dates are upcoming as of Oct. 18; the first in-person absentee voting date is Oct. 21.
