Oklahoma City police identified Mayrah Torres, 25, and Isaac Lujan-Ochoa, 24, as the two people killed in an early Nov. 1, 2026, incident at a Halloween gathering in southeast Oklahoma City. The police update made their identities public Nov. 2. The incident was in the 5700 block of Hicks Lane.
Police allege two men exchanged gunfire during a fight, after which a woman drove a vehicle into the scene. They said Lujan-Ochoa died from gunshot wounds before the vehicle ran over him, while Torres was killed by the vehicle. Police said another person was found with multiple gunshot wounds and taken to a hospital; that personโs condition was not reported.
Local reports identify 20-year-old Kyla Hysell as arrested and booked. KOCO and Oklahoma City Free Press described a felony-murder complaint, while KFOR reported second-degree murder. The accounts do not establish that a formal charge was filed. Police said Monday the investigation was ongoing.
