Monroe County Sheriff’s Office seeks tips in death near Crabb Road

Temperance-area residents are being urged to speak up as the Monroe County Sheriff’s Office investigates a death reported in Bedford Township near Crabb Road.

Deputies responded on Thursday, July 23, to a report of a man passed out on the side of South Telegraph Road just north of Crabb Road. When deputies arrived, they found the man dead on the shoulder of the northbound lane. Officials say the circumstances and the man’s identity are still under investigation.
