Beavercreek’s $4.9 million North Fairfield Road reconstruction continues into 2026

Construction continues on North Fairfield Road between Shakertown Road and Fairbrook School in Beavercreek, where a $4.9 million reconstruction project is expected to remain underway through late 2026. The city said final paving could extend into early 2027.

Timeline remains a projection

The late-2026 completion target is the city’s expected timeline, not a confirmed completion date. The city also said final paving may continue into early 2027, so the roadway work and the final paving phase may not end at the same time.
