Brooklyn Park police are investigating a targeted shooting that occurred early Sunday morning, February 1, 2026, in the 9900 block of Scott Avenue North. Officers responded to reports of shots fired at approximately 1:15 a.m. Upon arrival, they found evidence of gunfire and determined that the residence had been specifically targeted, with multiple rounds fired into the home from outside. Fortunately, no one inside the home was injured during the incident.
