Major Development Approved South of Roswell

Chaves County officials have approved plans for a large-scale data center campus roughly 20 miles south of Roswell. The project is being described as one of the largest private investments the county has ever seen, with long-term implications for jobs and tax revenue.

The multi-phase development is expected to bring hundreds of construction jobs during the buildout, followed by a smaller number of permanent technical positions once operational.
