Developer proposes $10 billion data-center campus on 890 acres near Graham
A Stream Data Centers affiliate is targeting approximately 890 acres south of Lake Graham for a proposed data-center campus near Graham, a development that could affect local land use, infrastructure planning, taxes, water and power decisions, and employment if it advances.
