Harrisburg Police Arrest Man in Shooting Incident

Harrisburg, PA — January 30, 2026 — Police have arrested Robert Banks in connection with a January 22 shooting on Hunter Street, where he allegedly fired at a vehicle with a woman and four children inside.

Authorities charged Banks with aggravated assault, reckless endangerment, and firearm-related offenses. The incident occurred on the 1400 block of Hunter Street, where Banks reportedly discharged a firearm at the vehicle during an altercation, endangering the occupants.
