Hartselle City Council is scheduled to consider three professional-services agreements with Three Notch Group at its Oct. 27, 2026, regular meeting, set for 7 p.m. The city posted the agenda Oct. 23.
The agreements cover different stages of work: construction engineering and inspection for improvements at the Sparkman Street and Hwy. 31 intersection; preliminary engineering for the 2027 ATRIP2 project at Longhorn Pass and Hwy. 31; and preliminary engineering for the Longhorn Pass Bypass. The council is being asked to consider authorizing the mayor to sign them. Two agreements are for preliminary engineering, while the third covers construction engineering and inspection.
The three agreements are listed for consideration, not as approved, and the agenda does not establish construction funding or a schedule. An agenda summary does not state their costs. Other listed business includes an abatement agreement with Pro-Fab Machine of Hartselle and acceptance of the FY2025 financial audit.
