A 40-year-old bicyclist, Ricardo Olvera Hernandez, was struck by a delivery truck while crossing the street. Despite immediate life-saving efforts, Hernandez was pronounced dead at the scene. The Hemet Police Department is investigating the circumstances surrounding the accident.
