Growth watch: Ledge Rock Center and other projects

Pre-leasing continues at Ledge Rock Center, the large mixed-use development rising near the I-25 and Highway 60 interchange on Johnstown’s east side. Plans call for hundreds of new apartments and homes, along with more than a million square feet of retail and commercial space.

The project is one of several long-term growth efforts highlighted by the town’s economic development team, which continues to market Johnstown as a regional hub with relatively low development fees and strong highway access.
