Road work: Studebaker Road construction begins
The city says its contractor is scheduled to begin street construction on Studebaker Road between the I-405 and Wardlow Road on or around Feb. 23. The project is part of a longer transformation that aims to rework more than five miles of Studebaker Road, from 2nd Street to Carson Street, with safety and connectivity improvements along the corridor.
The project page says at least one travel lane in each direction is expected to remain open to maintain access while work moves segment by segment. December 2026 is listed as the anticipated completion for this specific segment, depending on weather and other delays.
