New Dairy Manufacturing Plant to Boost Longview’s Economy
Longview, TX — February 4, 2026 — Ninth Avenue Foods, a California-based family-owned dairy company, is establishing its third manufacturing facility in Longview’s North Business Park. This new state-of-the-art facility is expected to create 150 full-time jobs and contribute over $200 million in capital investment to the area over the next five years.
The Longview Economic Development Corporation (LEDCO) Board of Directors approved the agreement to bring Ninth Avenue Foods to the city. LEDCO CEO and President Wayne Mansfield expressed enthusiasm about the partnership, highlighting the company’s commitment to innovation and excellence. Mayor Kristen Ishihara also praised the development, noting the positive impact on the community and the city’s growing economic landscape.
The facility is set to begin operations in the coming months, with plans to produce a variety of dairy products for distribution across the region.
