Marketplace at Cedar breaks ground in Lakeville with six planned businesses

Marketplace at Cedar held its groundbreaking ceremony Thursday, July 30, near the southeast corner of 179th Street and Cedar Avenue in Lakeville, marking a new construction milestone for the nine-lot commercial development.

The Lakeville Chamber of Commerce notice identified six planned businesses associated with the project: Aldi, Mister Car Wash, Seven Brew Coffee, Taco Bell, Valvoline and Veridian Credit Union.

The newsletter also records a June 1 approval for a Valvoline Instant Oil Change at 7292 179th Street in the Marketplace at Cedar commercial development. A separate city public-hearing notice provides additional confirmation linking Valvoline to the project.
