Oshkosh Gas Prices Climb While Diesel Eases in Latest AAA Check

Regular gasoline rose sharply in the Oshkosh area while diesel edged lower in the latest AAA price check dated July 31, 2026. The Oshkosh metro average was $3.945 per gallon for regular gas and $5.025 for diesel.
Regular gas is up across every comparison
AAA listed regular gasoline at 13 cents more than the previous day, 4.5 cents higher than a week earlier, 31.3 cents above the month-ago average and $1.033 higher than the same point last year.
The Oshkosh regular-gas average was slightly below the Wisconsin average of $3.959 per gallon. Both figures are area averages, not guaranteed prices at individual stations. Pump prices can vary by location, brand, discounts and timing.
Diesel is lower for the day but higher over longer comparisons
Diesel moved in the opposite direction in the daily comparison. AAA listed the Oshkosh average at $5.025 per gallon, down 1.1 cents from the previous day.
That daily easing was limited. Diesel was 21.4 cents higher than a week earlier, 46.4 cents above the month-ago average and $1.568 higher than a year ago.
